SAFETY PROGRAM

Associated Contractors' Safety Program is company wide and involves all aspects of the company. A synopsis of our 18 page program follows:

EMPLOYEES

1. All new Employees must complete a Safety Orientation.

2. Employees must annually review the Contractors Safety Requirements and Responsibilities and employee safety Responsibilities.

3. Field Employees must attend Weekly Safety Meetings at their project site.

SUPERINTENDENTS

1. Superintendents must run the Weekly Safety Meeting.

2. They must maintain a valid Certificate in First Aid and CPR.

3. They must monitor First Aid Kits for adequate supply.

4. They must recognize unsafe conditions on Jobsite, and be responsible for corrections.

5. They must notify the Safety Officer of any accidents or injuries on the job site.

6. They must notify the Safety Officer of any Sub-contractor or others on the job site not complying with safety regulations.

7. They must maintain MSDS sheets and other required postings on site.

8. Assist the Safety Officer in training field employees on proper means and methods.

SAFETY OFFICER

1. The Safety Officer gives new Employee Safety Orientations and outlines Associated Contractors Safety Policy.

2. The Safety Officer must receive and file Safety Meeting Forms from each job site.

3. The Safety Officer performs job site safety inspections.

4. The Safety Officer must keep First Aid and CPR Training Files up-to-date, as well as coordinating actual safety training for Personnel.

5. The Safety Officer is the primary contact within ACI for all safety related issues.
