American Turned Products new 48,000 SF facility combined conventional masonry construction in the office area with an easily expandable Butler Building for the production area. The company’s production processes create and oily atmosphere that demands an easy to clean environment.
A metal sandwich wall panel and a metal lined foam ceiling panel allows use of a pressure washer, if needed, on the interior. This facility was also the first in a new industrial park.
ACI’s project manager worked with the park’s infrastructure contractors to ensure that ATP’s new facility had utilities to connect to. This project was completed on time and within budget for American Turned Projects.
