After a fire destroyed the entire building the Meadville Housing Corporation called in ACI to rebuild this 10-unit structure. The new building required upgrades such as a sprinkler system, energy efficient windows, doors and heat & cooling systems.

This Hill, Barth & King Associates residential style 2 story structure contains fifteen offices, a basement and typical office common areas. The brick veneer and copper over the bay windows give it a classic look.

An interior finish scheme similar to a residence makes for an inviting atmosphere for this CPA firm to meet with its many clients. The owner bought Associated Contractors Inc. in even before purchasing the land.

Our pre-Construction services enabled the owner to fully detail his needs and wants. Associated Contractors Inc. early involvement with the owner ensured the budget was met before construction started.

Client:   Montana’s Rib & Chop House
Location:   Vernon Township, Meadville, PA

Associated Contractors, Inc. looked at many different building options in order to meet Montana’s budget needs, with both an out of town developer and an in town owner to satisfy.

The project was constructed using a design/build approach with many of the design elements coming from its sister stores located in Montana. Associated Contractors, Inc. completed the shell as the interior design elements were ongoing and were not finalized until weeks before the restaurant was to open.

The process was only successful because of the excellent communication skills between Associated Contractors, Inc. management team and Charlie Bish the restaurant owner.
