Greenleaf Corporation is a world leader in cutting tool production, and a satisfied Butler pre-engineered Metal Building owner. This 31,500 sq. ft. wide span Butler Building was the fourth Butler structure at Greenleaf’s Saegertown facility.
The spotless interior has a full metal liner on walls and ceiling, and the stone veneer at the office area matches the other buildings. Greenleaf’s production equipment is not tall, so low eave heights help optimize heating and cooling. The MR-24 roof on this building is identical to the other three at the site, all of which have had little or no maintenance for as long as 20 years.
